Cleaning Operations Assistant Manager

Full Time Position

Job Descriptions :

- Managing Multiple Sites and teams

- Supervise General cleaning operations

- Management Janitorial Operations and Client satisfaction level- Planning & Execution of Periodical tasks

- Roll call attendance tracking manpower shuffling

- Occasional facilities Repair & Maintenance responsibilities

- Response to any highlights on covid cases (staff / client premises) and reactive measures to assist to increase the attention to the disinfecting efforts

- Toolbox meeting and sharing of information from relevant clients and management

- Monitor Site & Store supply Replenishment system

- Standby for Call of duty

- Conducting simple training to newly recruited staff

- Maintaining records & scheduling & deployment of staff
