Job Summary

Lead and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleaning teams to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess service quality and implement improvements as needed
• Manage client communications to address feedback and enhance service delivery
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Operate independently and manage workload effectively under pressure to meet operational demands
• Utilize basic computer skills to support scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in the cleaning industry preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate team collaboration and client engagement

Working Hours:

• 6 days work week
