Job Description:
1. Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal in the kitchen.
2. Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils, etc).
3. Ensure proper dishwashing process and maintenance of the equipment.
4. Clearing and wiping of tables, cleaning floors, walls, shelves, toilet, and filters.
5. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Chef
6. Ensure a clean and tidy environment per company standards and sanitation/health regulations.
7. Any other duties as assigned
Working days/hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
