Job Description
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Assign daily tasks to the cleaning team, monitor performance, and ensure all areas meet company cleanliness standards.
- Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment to prevent shortages.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and chemical handling.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises (offices, toilets, pantries) to ensure flawless execution of duties.
- Manage team rosters, track attendance, and arrange cover shifts for absent staff.
- Act as the main point of contact for management, reporting any major maintenance issues, accidents, or supply needs.
