Location : Cake Production Kitchen Cleaner
Job Description:
- Washing of cake rings, trays, cake mixing tools
- Regular housekeeping of floor & toilet
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Dispose all garbage bags in the kitchen
- Maintain cooking area by sweeping and mopping and cold room in the kitchen
- Cleaning of door edge frames
- Replenishment of soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around buildings
- Cleans floors and rooms
- Dust mopping
- Damp mopping
- Spot cleaning glass and windows
- Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process
- Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done
- Any ad-hoc cleaning duties as assigned
