Cleaning Responsibilities
1. Dishwashing & Pantry Maintenance
- Wash and clean plates, cups, tea cups, and glassware
- Ensure all pantry items are cleaned promptly after use
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea room
2. General Support & Physical Tasks
- Refill water in the tea room and other designated areas
- Replace water bottles for dispensers in reception and common areas
- Arrange and return items to designated storage locations
- Assist in moving furniture and equipment when required
3. Restroom Cleaning
- Clean and sanitize toilet bowls
- Wash and mop toilet floors
- Ensure restrooms are kept clean, dry, and hygienic at all times
4. General Cleaning Duties
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor areas within the premises
- Dust and wipe windows, railings, walls, and surfaces
- Clean tables, shelves, and chairs
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the shophouse
5. Hospitality Support
- Prepare and serve beverages (tea/coffee) to guests when required
6. Inventory & Replenishment
- Monitor cleaning and pantry supplies
- Replenish and restock items as needed
7. Waste Management
- Collect and dispose of rubbish in a timely and hygienic manner
8. Basic Maintenance
- Replace light bulbs and report maintenance issues
- Perform simple repair tasks when required
9. Organisation & Upkeep
- Maintain neat and orderly workspaces
- Ensure all items are properly arranged and stored
