Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore. The Cleaner / Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of Innovate 360's spaces, toliets, common corridors, pantry, tables, windows, doors etc.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a busy environment. The role may require support during events, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of retail spaces, event areas, kitchens, lift lobby, corridors, toilets, corridors, and common areas, etc.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe surfaces, and remove dust regularly
- Clear rubbish bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean tables, chairs, counters, shelves, display areas, and high-touch surfaces
- Ensure toilets and handwashing areas are clean, stocked, and presentable
- Assist with cleaning before, during, and after events or activations
- Support basic setup and teardown where needed, such as arranging chairs, clearing tables, and tidying event spaces
- Report maintenance issues, damages, leaks, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and inform the supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, especially in F&B and kitchen-related areas
- Support ad-hoc cleaning or operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not compulsory
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attitude and willingness to help
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and carry light items during the workday
- Comfortable working in a retail, café, event, and startup environment
- Able to work weekends, evenings, or public holidays when required (seldom)
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Working Arrangement
- Full-time, on-site role
- Location: Chin Bee Drive (mainly), and/or Orchard Road
- May be required to support weekends, events, and public holidays
