Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within our premises. The role includes daily cleaning duties, deep cleaning of displays, and ensuring that all areas are kept neat and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning Duties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across all assigned areas
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces, counters, and high-touch points
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean restrooms, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, and staff areas
Deep Cleaning & Display Maintenance
- Perform deep cleaning of product displays, shelves, and fixtures
- Remove dust, fingerprints, and stains from display units and glass surfaces
- Ensure displays are always tidy, organized, and visually presentable
- Conduct periodic deep-cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces
Additional Duties
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and properly
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow workplace safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and carrying items
- Good attention to detail, especially when cleaning displays and visible areas
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willing to perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
