Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust classrooms, offices, and common areas. Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as tables, door handles, and equipment. Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
Maintenance & Reporting: Report any repair or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure cleaning supplies are always replenished and stored properly.
Inventory Control: Monitor and track inventory levels for cleaning, office, and training supplies. Conduct routine stock checks and update inventory records.
Ordering & Replenishment: Assist in ordering supplies when stock is low and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries.
Storage & Organization: Keep stockroom and storage areas clean, organized, and accessible. Label, arrange, and rotate supplies for easy usage.
Usage Monitoring: Distribute training and office supplies to trainers and staff when needed. Record usage to prevent wastage and ensure accountability.
Working Hours:
4 hours per day (part-time, fixed schedule to be discussed)
