Job Summary
Operate lorries to load, unload, and deliver goods on schedule while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Operate 10ft and14ft and 24ft lorries to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Load and unload goods at designated locations following safety procedures
- Deliver goods on time according to assigned schedules
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic upkeep to support operational readiness
- Follow all transportation and road laws to maintain a good driving record
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth logistics operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving lorries
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and driving regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent education
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Committed to maintaining a positive attitude and good work discipline
