CLASS 3 VAN DRIVER

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive company van to collect and deliver goods, equipment, and spare parts as instructed by the Purchasing & Maintenance Department.
• Assist in purchasing materials, tools, and consumables from suppliers according to department requests.
• Support maintenance team in transporting tools and materials between worksites or branches.
• Ensure all goods are properly loaded, secured, and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks (fuel, water, tyre pressure, etc.) to ensure the van is in safe working condition.
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or traffic violations immediately to the department manager.
• Assist in general maintenance or ad-hoc support tasks when required by the department.
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery and purchase records.
• Comply with all traffic, safety, and company regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience, preferably in delivery, purchasing, or maintenance support roles.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of goods.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to read and communicate in simple English (for delivery orders, receipts, and safety instructions).
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required for urgent deliveries or projects.
