Job Responsibilities

1) Student fetching and safe handover
Pick up students from designated schools and transport them to the centre punctually. Check attendance, support safe boarding and alighting, hand students over to authorised staff, and check that no child remains in the vehicle after every trip.

2) Teaching materials and staff transport
Deliver and collect teaching kits, equipment and supplies between centres and partner schools. Transport teachers to assigned teaching venues when required.

3) Packing and logistics support
Help pack, load, unload and organise teaching materials. Check quantities against delivery lists and report missing or damaged items.

4) Vehicle care and records
Keep the vehicle clean, conduct daily checks, monitor fuel and servicing needs, and maintain mileage, parking and transport expense records.

5) Route planning and communication
Plan routes around school dismissal and lesson schedules. Inform the centre promptly of delays, changes or incidents, and assist with centre logistics between trips.
