Responsibilities
- Operate and check factory utility systems and production machines daily,with main focus on the boiler steam system.
- Ensure all systems start up and run smoothly throughout the day.
- Do regular chemical top-ups and replace used chemical solutions whenneeded.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials safely (e.g., sludge from watertreatment systems).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to spot problemsearly.
- Work with vendors and contractors for repairs, spare parts, andsupplies.
- Support equipment calibration and system checks done by externalpartners.
- Report faults quickly with clear details to reduce machine downtime.
Requirements
- Boiler Attendant Class 2 Certificate of Competency is advantage with boiler operating experience.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and good coordination with vendors.
