Claims Transformation SME (AI) (Contract)

About the role

We're partnering with a leading global insurer in Singapore to hire a Claims Transformation Subject Matter Expert. This is a permanent, high-visibility role supporting a major operations effectiveness programme, with a strong focus on redesigning claims processes using AI.

What you'll do

• Act as the SME on claims process redesign, embedding AI-driven solutions into day-to-day claims operations
• Identify where AI can improve claims handling, adjudication accuracy, and turnaround times
• Lead or support process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign workshops
• Contribute to UAT and validation of new AI-enabled claims workflows
• Partner with PMs/BAs and technology teams on the broader transformation roadmap
• Support regulatory and fair dealing requirements as they relate to claims handling

What we're looking for

• 5–10 years experience in claims within insurance
• Demonstrated experience redesigning or transforming a claims process using AI — essential, not preferred
• Strong stakeholder management across ops, tech, and transformation teams
• PM/BA experience and UAT exposure an advantage but not required
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving transformation environment
