Claims & Operations Manager

Salary : $5,000 - $5,500

Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Location : Farrer Park

Job description:

. Manage end-to-end claims process, including submission, follow-up, and closure with insurers.

. Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and policyholders to ensure accurate and timely claim documentation.

. Monitor claim progress, maintain records, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

. Review estimated claim calculations and ensure compliance with insurers requirements.

. Oversee daily operations such as patient admission, discharge, and consultation scheduling.

. Supervise quality of follow-up and feedback calls to ensure excellent customer service.

. Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and system updates for patient and claim records.

. Support process improvements in claims, operations, and system efficiency.

. Assist with company meetings, reports, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

. Strong communication and relationship management skills.

. Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

. Prior experience in claims, healthcare, or insurance operations.
