about the job

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of A&H claims from initial notification through to final settlement or declinature.

• Review and analyze policy wording to determine coverage, applying terms, conditions, and exclusions accurately.

• Evaluate the validity of claims and calculate the appropriate payout (quantum) based on medical reports, financial documentation, and loss evidence.

• Coordinate with medical professionals and forensic accountants to verify the extent of injuries, illnesses, or loss of income.
