Job Description

We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Claims Advisor to join our Body & Paint team. You will guide customers through the motor insurance claims process, assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure claims and repairs progress smoothly.

Candidates may also be considered for the Claims Administrator role, depending on the experience and suitability.

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth claims and repair processes
Advise customers on repair scope, costs, and insurance claims procedures
Handle accident reporting, claims submission, and liaise with insurers on liability decisions
Generate repair orders, coordinate with the B&P team, and track repair progress
Perform vehicle damage assessments and prepare accurate repair estimates
Capture and maintain repair documentation for claims processing
Coordinate surveys with insurance assessors and follow up on approvals
Ensure high-quality repairs and conduct final vehicle inspections before delivery
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to streamline claims and repair operations

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years experience as Claims Advisor, including accident repair estimation and negotiations with insurers
Familiar with Singapore accident reporting and claim procedures
At least GCE O Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask with good time-management skills
