About our client: Our client is a chemical manufacturing company in the Oil&Gas sector.
About the role:
- Supervise contractors on site for civil and structural works related to maintenance and projects.
- Manage work permits and ensure compliance.
- Monitor work progress and report status to Person-in-Charge.
- Identify and promptly highlight issues related to works or contractors.
- Ensure contractors strictly follow HSE rules and regulations.
- Prepare and update civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD.
About you:
- Diploma holders: 3-5 years in Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas industries. ITE holders: 5+ years relevant experience.
GCE O Level: 8-10 years relevant experience. - Experience in civil structural/project construction.
- Hands-on experience in civil and structural works.
- Team player with leadership qualities, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Relevant BCA/MOM certificates:
- Oil & Petrochemical Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate.
- Manhole / Confined Space Supervisor Certificate.
- Work at Height Course for Supervisors.
Other information:
- Work location: Jurong Island
- Working days: Monday to Friday (8am - 4.30pm)
- Contract duration: 2 years
