Civil & Structural CAD Engineer

• Position : Civil & Structural CAD Engineer
• Location : Tuas South Street
• Working hours : 5 days a week 8:00 am -5:45 pm (Monday Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Civil Engineering & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop civil & structural drawings for tenders and projects using AutoCAD.
• Produce shop, as-built, and survey drawings, including setting-out and sectional plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Support site teams, attend design coordination meetings, and conduct basic site checks.
• Maintain accurate drawing documentation, revisions, and version control.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil & structural drafting, preferably with main contractors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore regulations (BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA).
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
