Job Summary
You will coordinate architectural designs with structural and civil elements, acting as the key liaison between consultants and contractors to ensure site compliance, drawing accuracy, and BIM coordination for timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review and align architectural drawings with structural and civil specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies before construction commencement
- Monitor site progress to verify adherence to approved drawings, material specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Utilize BIM software to coordinate complex design details and prepare method statements to support construction activities
- Coordinate schedules and technical issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and smooth project flow
- Manage documentation including material submissions, mock-ups, and shop drawing approvals to uphold quality control standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil infrastructure or Data Center projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit software, and strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
