Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Candidate must possess ability to conceptualise innovative ID concepts and has strong presentation skills.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression.
• Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project's design.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
