Civil Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Civil Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter. The role involves preparing tender documents, managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring and controlling project costs, and assisting with cost planning and reporting. The Civil Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter will also be responsible for creating accurate project drawings and ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders will be essential to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
• Experience with preparation and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong understanding of Cost Reporting and financial documentation
• Proficient in drafting software and technical drawing preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with project teams
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in the construction industry, particularly in building and civil works
