Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter.
Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.
Project budgeting and costing reports.
Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
Analyze and compare quotations of various trade elements
Attend site meetings when required
Assist Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.
Drafter Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings and shop drawings using CAD software
Prepare material boards, coordinate design documentations and material selection.
Review & revise drawings with accuracy for carpentry productions
Actively collaborate with Project Team to ensure all site marking dimensions are correct and captured for accurate ordering of products.
Team player and can communicate well.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
Able to work independent to estimate and prepare tender submission
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
