Job Responsibilities
- Review project documents and soil data to help design safe and cost-effective foundation solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, including technical plans, construction methods, and cost estimates.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify technical details, schedules, and progress throughout the project.
- Support site activities, ensuring work follows approved designs and timelines.
- Help supervise site teams and subcontractors, promoting safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Understand and apply geotechnical findings to identify risks and suggest solutions during planning and construction.
- Assist in cost control efforts by planning resources effectively and minimizing waste.
- Follow safety and environmental standards to ensure a safe and responsible work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (internships or site exposure can be considered).
- Training would be provided for those without experience.
- Familiar with AutoCAD.
- Preferably holds a valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate.
- Able to work Alternate 5.5 Days Work Week.
