Job Description
Responsible for managing civil construction works for an LNG terminal project, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and Singapore construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil works including piling, structures, equipment foundations, and underground infrastructure.
- Review drawings, prepare method statements, and supervise construction quality and safety.
- Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, verify quantities, and coordinate critical activities.
- Liaise with design consultants to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
- Support site planning, reporting, and coordination for timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction management experience in large-scale industrial projects.
- Expertise in piling, heavy equipment foundations, and reinforced concrete structures.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and BCA regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in EPC or LNG projects.
- Knowledge of site permit systems and industrial safety regulations.
- Strong English communication skills
