Job Description
- Manage infrastructure and building development projects from feasibility studies through final handover
- Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, progress tracking, and governance activities
- Coordinate architects, engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and business stakeholders
- Translate operational and business objectives into practical development and infrastructure solutions
- Oversee tendering, contract administration, procurement, and construction management activities
- Ensure compliance with development regulations, safety standards, project schedules, and budget targets
- Drive the adoption of smart technologies, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives across projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure planning, project development, construction, or capital project delivery
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, transportation, logistics, or development projects
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Experience managing external consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
