Managing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the baseline programme
Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
Liaise with consultants (QPS/QPD) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to the schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction project.
More than 5 years of MRT or Rail way experience.
More than 3 years of Precast segment erection experience.(Post tension experience preferred)
Proficient in both MS office, Microsoft Project and Auto CAD.
Good exposure in design of Civil Engineering works.
