Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and sub-contractors to align on scheduling, project plans, and daily operational milestones.
Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, tracking progress against project deadlines, and ensuring work aligns with technical specifications.
Support the Project Manager in maintaining project timelines, controlling budgets, and delivering quality work.
Analyze site ground conditions, soil reports, and test data (e.g., Cone Penetration Testing) to assess technical risks and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and operational guidelines across active field locations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Structured training will be provided for those without experience.

Willingness to work on outdoor field sites under varying weather conditions.

Adaptable to site access requirements and site-entry health/safety regulations as needed.

Schedule: 5.5-day work week
