Civil Engineer (Residential)

. Assist the Project Manager with on-site technical, engineering, and authority submission matters.

. Prepare Method Statements, Work Sequences, and other required technical documents.

. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

. Plan and track project progress with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely completion.

. Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and contractual specifications.

. Ensure all site works meet statutory regulations and client requirements.

. Oversee environmental, safety, and health practices on-site.

. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, recognized by PE/BCA.

. Minimum 3 years experience in residential
