Job Summary
Support project management and lead site supervision activities for bored piling works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project schedules and coordinate project activities to meet milestones and deliverables
- Lead site supervision for bored piling works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Assist the project manager by providing technical input and progress updates to support effective project delivery
- Formulate and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards
- Draft method statements and other technical documentation to guide construction processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site issues and optimize project outcomes
- Demonstrate specialist piling expertise by acting as Technical Personnel in SB(PW) to oversee technical aspects of piling works
- Maintain readiness and flexibility to work on Saturdays as required to support project schedules
Required competencies and certifications
- Specialist piling work experience sufficient to act as Technical Personnel in SB(PW)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in piling or civil engineering projects
- Willing to work on Saturdays
