Supervise and monitor project progress to identify and address issues proactively

Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered during construction to minimize delays

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations

Verify that all construction activities comply with specific drawings, certifications, and quality standards

Coordinate subcontractors across all projects to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks

Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle

Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping practices at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment

Manage the processing and finalization of claims related to the project to support financial and contractual accuracy
