Lead and manage steel structure and civil engineering scopes for building construction projects.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to fully understand project deliverables.
Plan and schedule work sequences prepare detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, consultant instructions, and authority regulations.
Coordinate closely with main contractors & subcontractors
Supervise site teams (supervisors and workers) to ensure tasks are executed according to schedule.
Resolve engineering, technical, and project-related issues promptly.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion in accordance with micro-schedules.
Prepare and submit necessary project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, handover reports / documents
Perform any other project-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (PE Board-approved).
Minimum 3 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years in steel structure construction and installation.
Solid experience and understanding of steel structures and related engineering works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design/analysis software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
