Job Summary:
Supports the tender team by reviewing designs, performing technical evaluations, and preparing engineering inputs for infrastructure project bids such as roads, tunnels, MRT, bridges, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, design concepts, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with designers, estimators, planners, and subcontractors for technical inputs.
- Identify design gaps, constructability issues, and propose value engineering solutions.
- Provide support for quantity take-off, materials selection, and method statement preparation.
- Prepare tender clarifications and technical submissions to clients or authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects (site or design).
- Experience in tender or design coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, drawing review, and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office BIM knowledge is a plus.
