We are looking for a Civil Engineer cum Drafter who can independently manage both engineering coordination and drafting tasks. The role requires strong technical capability, handson site understanding, and the ability to work solo with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update civil/structural drawings, details, and asbuilt plans
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil and structural works on site
- Conduct site inspections for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on technical matters
- Resolve site issues and support project progress reporting
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and auditready
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in drafting
- Relevant experience in construction, A&A, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of BCA, SCDF, and local authority processes
- Able to work independently and manage tasks solo
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and perform overtime when required
- Good communication and problemsolving skills
