- Position : Civil Engineer (Construction)
- Location :Location : Tuas South Street (Company Transport Provided - Bona Vista/ Tuas Area)
- Working hours : 5 days a week 8:00 am -5:45 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to$5700 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender technical, logistics, sequence plans and VE proposals.
- Draft architectural, structural, M&E, survey, shop/as-built drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Prepare topographical maps, setting-out plans, sections and engineering drawings for submissions.
- Revise drawings based on project/site requirements and consultant feedback.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients and consultants on design matters.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical/constructability support.
- Conduct site checks to ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality and safety standards.
- Recommend corrective actions and value engineering improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and extract drawings/quantities from models.
- Support clash detection, model reviews and design validation.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Civil and Structural works, Experience with main contractors preferred
- AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software or tools. Knowledge of BIM related execution plans, standards, and coordination processes is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (codes and standards(BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA requirements), ISO/bizSAFE/GGBS)
- Commercial VE acumen, cost awareness, attention driven with strong critical thinking skills, and disciplined systems control (documents and data tracking)
