Key Responsibilities
- Comply with local construction codes and approved quality documents.
- Assist project teams in identifying quality requirements and developing Project Quality Plans.
- Conduct inspection reports for subcontractor work to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Support project teams in controlling vendor performance, addressing non-conformance issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and liaise closely with subcontractors and operation steams on all ongoing activities.
- Conduct routine site checks and inspections to ensure compliance with authorities and clients requirements.
- Provide technical services for large-scale projects.
- Lead deployment and on-site application of real-time measurement robots.
- Translate construction requirements into technical solutions and coordinate with project partners.
- Prepare interim technical reports and facilitate multi-party communication.
- Manage intelligent equipment development projects.
- Plan team tasks, coordinate design and construction, and manage subcontractor change requests.
- Ensure contract performance and measurement management to guarantee on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Information, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Major constructions project and residential community or mixed-use urban developments is required.
- Has Experience in River Road-Rail Bridge projects.
- Must has main-con company experience.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and adaptability to diverse work environments.
