Responsibilities
- Deliver civil engineering expertise to plan and coordinate site operations, optimizing project execution
- Conduct site surveys and develop civil engineering designs to meet project specifications and requirements
- Monitor site progress and generate detailed reports to track milestones and identify issues proactively
- Lead project meetings with consultants to address technical and design challenges, ensuring alignment and timely resolution
- Diagnose and resolve site-related problems to maintain workflow continuity and safety standards
- Coordinate activities between consultants and subcontractors to streamline communication and project delivery
- Manage on-site technical and administrative matters to support efficient operations and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience
