Overall execution and completion of the project

. Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes of the project

. Appraise the suitability of the construction techniques and method statements

. Carry out simple design calculations

. Monitor the day-to-day operations of the project

. Supervision and monitoring of the project's progress

. Solve technical problems encountered

. Corresponding with Client, Consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations of the project

. Ensure that all construction are done according to the specific drawings, certification and quality

. Co-ordination of subcontractors for all the projects

. Overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan

. Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice at site

. Process and finalisation of claims
