Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee building construction activities on site
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities
Supervise site works and ensure quality, safety, and productivity
Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work programs
Monitor progress and resolve technical or site issues
Conduct inspections and ensure works meet QA/QC standards
Prepare reports, progress claims, and variation orders
Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (recognized by BCA)
2-10 years of relevant experience in building construction
(Residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects)
Strong knowledge of RC structures, architectural & structural drawings
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
Leadership and team-management skills
