Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with architects and ensuring smooth site execution. You will be responsible for aligning technical and design requirements, solving site issues, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

. Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.

. Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

. Identify and resolve technical or design discrepancies in a timely manner.

. Ensure work progresses according to schedule and report any delays or issues to the project manager.

. Attend coordination and site meetings prepare progress reports and documentation as required.

. Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders when necessary.

. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering projects.

. Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural detailing, and local building codes.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

. Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.

. Familiarity with site operations, safety regulations, and project documentation.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
