Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial operations and contribute to long-term business growth. The CFO will be responsible for overall financial management, corporate governance, and strategic planning, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Lead corporate finance initiatives including fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations.
- Build, mentor, and lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Work closely with senior management to drive business performance and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are strongly preferred.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and business partnering with top management.
- Strong expertise in corporate tax, GST, audit, and compliance
- Prior experience in capital raising, M&A, or IPO will be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with high integrity and sound judgment.
