Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle improvements
- Confidently communicate treatment plans and convert patient consultations into ongoing care programs
- Build strong patient relationships to support retention and long-term care adherence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Chiropractic from a recognized institution
- Relevant certification or eligibility to practice
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal health and chiropractic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build patient trust and rapport
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment with a proactive approach to patient engagement and case acceptance
