Patients conditions are managed through natural, safe, non-invasive, drug and surgery free treatments, relying on the bodies inherent recuperative functions. Treatments are customised to patients specific needs and preferences.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented individual to join our wellness team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about health and enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-Desk Operations: Manage patient registration, handle phone enquiries, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Patient Care: Greet patients by name, assist with clinic flow, and prepare treatment rooms for the chiropractor.
• Clinical Support: Assist the doctor during consultations and treatments.
• Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and professional clinic environment, including light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English ability to speak a second language is a plus but not essential.

  Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or retail is advantageous. Entry-level/fresh graduates are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

  Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn clinic management software.
  
  Disposition: Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.

• Education: Candidate must possess at least Nitec qualifications or Diploma

• Availability: Work weekends and some evenings to meet clinic scheduling needs.
