Chip Architecture Research Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Characterize and analyse the LLMs (Large Language Models) requirements.
• Conduct research to guide AI inference chip design and optimizations.
• Research and design novel AI inference chip architectures.
• Perform LLM software-hardware co-optimizations.
• Develop tools for high-level simulation and architecture exploration.
• Contribute to publications and intellectual properties

Qualification:

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of the foundation theory of LLMs.
• Familiar with computer architecture, such as AI Accelerator, CPU, network-on-chip, memory hierarchy.
• Experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python.
• Experience in high level LLM modelling and simulation is a plus.
• Experience in LLM software-hardware co-design is a plus.
• Strong learning capability, good communication and collaboration skills.
