Job Description:
- Teach Mandarin classes in accordance with the Centre's programme.
- To lead and supervise team members under their responsibility
- Conduct regular team meetings to enable members of the team to air their concerns and needs
- Recommend solutions to solve problems and provide feedback to the Head of Mandarin Department or Director
- Identify the long-term needs and growth of teachers, programmes, departments, students and parents
- Assist and support the Head of Mandarin Department in the implementation and development of new programmes and projects
- Support the Head of Mandarin Department in the day-to-day running of the department and programmes
- To liaise with parents where necessary
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Education / Chinese Studies / Chinese Language or other related degrees from reputable college and/or universities.
- To teach Chinese / Speech & Drama /Language certification programmes
- Excellent spoken and written Mandarin Language -Necessary to teach Chinese Language programmes
- Positive, energetic and a good team player

- 提出解决问题的方案并向中文系主任或总监提供反馈
- 确定教师、项目、院系、学生和家长的长期需求和成长
- 协助和支持中文系主任实施和开发新的计划和项目
- 支持中文系主任处理部门和项目的日常运作
- 建立及保持良好的家园关系
