Deliver a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of preschool children through structured classroom management and active collaboration with parents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers
- Facilitate classroom routines including lessons, playtime, meal breaks, and rest periods to ensure a balanced daily schedule that supports child well-being
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide detailed updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones, fostering a collaborative partnership
- Apply effective classroom management techniques to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in young learners
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education as foundational qualification for delivering quality preschool education
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Exhibit patience and a genuine passion for working with young children to support their growth and learning journey
