Responsibilities 职责
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the cognitive and emotional development of young learners.
- Facilitate various learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
- Ensure daily routines are followed to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, fostering a strong home-school connection and partnership in the child's development.
Requirements 要求
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching) or equivalent
- Certified by ECDA at L2 category
- At least three years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Reliable and collaborative team player
- A passion for making a positive impact in early childhood education
