Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and professional Chinese Physician / TCM Physician to join our healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation and treatment services to patients, maintaining professional clinical standards and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct TCM consultations and assess patients health conditions based on TCM principles.
  • Develop appropriate TCM treatment plans according to patients individual needs.
  • Provide TCM treatments such as acupuncture, tuina, cupping, moxibustion and other applicable therapies within the practitioner's scope of practice.
  • Monitor patients treatment progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate advice on TCM treatment, lifestyle and general wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure proper infection control, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
  • Maintain a professional and comfortable treatment environment for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with clinic staff to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Comply with applicable Singapore regulations, professional requirements and the clinic's policies and procedures.
  • Perform other relevant duties related to the position as required.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine / Chinese Medicine or equivalent.
  • Must meet the applicable registration and practising requirements for TCM practitioners in Singapore.
  • Relevant clinical experience in TCM consultation and treatment will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in acupuncture, tuina, pain management, women's health, post-natal care or general TCM treatment will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients and explain treatment plans clearly.
  • Proficient in English for patient communication, clinical documentation and workplace communication. Additional language proficiency relevant to patient communication will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, professional and patient-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be willing to comply with applicable professional and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
