Chinese Pastry Chef

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create traditional Chinese pastries (e.g., steamed buns, dumplings, shumai, etc.)
• Ensure the use of fresh ingredients and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with restaurant sanitation standards
• Contribute to the development and innovation of new pastry recipes based on customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing traditional Chinese pastries
• Strong teamwork skills and a dedicated, responsible work ethic
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
