Salary
- Preschool level: S$2,600 - S$3,000
- Primary / Secondary level: S$2,700 - S$3,200
Working Hours
- Rest days: Monday & Tuesday
- Midweek hours (Wed-Fri): 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Weekend hours (Sat-Sun): 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Description
- Deliver engaging Chinese enrichment classes for Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students using the provided curriculum framework
- Monitor and document student performance, including preparing termly evaluations and progress reports
- Maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on students learning development
Requirements
- Degree holder in Education, Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- Prior teaching experience in local schools will be advantageous
- Passionate about educating and nurturing young learners
- Energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic teaching style
- Strong organizational, classroom management, and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the role
